As an Architect at Design Concepts Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and delivering exceptional building designs. Your creativity and leadership will directly impact our project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the project planning phase including feasibility studies.
• Produce visual representations of designs using 3D modeling software.
• Work with engineers and sustainability experts to integrate green building practices.
• Oversee tender documentation and contractor selection.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance records.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Support junior architects and interns in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Certifications

• Registered Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
