Job Description

As a Civil Project Manager at Infrastructure Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects from conception through to completion. You will manage budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex civil engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Facilitate training and development for junior project staff.
  • Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices in project management and engineering solutions.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Project Management certification is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years in civil project management with a proven track record
