You will play a key role in developing architectural designs from conception through to completion, ensuring all client specifications are met and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs that meet client needs and preferences.
• Analyze existing structures and recommend modifications.
• Direct the implementation of sustainable design practices.
• Negotiate design and scope with clients and external partners.
• Prepare bid documents and assist in contractor selection.
• Ensure quality control of all architectural outputs.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience with complex projects

• BIM Management
• Project Management Software

• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Advanced Design Thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
