• Guide staff in best practices for patient engagement.
• Support the COO in strategic planning.
• Foster a welcoming environment for patients and their families.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Management or Administration
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations management
