Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Pretoria office. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for inputting data accurately, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within databases.
  • Assist in generating status reports for department heads.
  • Conduct data audits and ensure consistency across records.
  • Help with clerical duties such as photocopying and filing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Office Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in data or office management roles

Advantageous
