Job Description

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our product quality and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating quality assurance tests, managing quality assurance staff, and developing comprehensive quality assurance strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the QA process to ensure the highest product quality.
  • Implement corrective actions for identified quality issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate product quality performance.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and audits.
  • Foster a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Manage documentation related to quality assurance processes.
  • Support customer inquiries and complaints related to product quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Quality Management or related field
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance management
