Job Description

We are seeking skilled Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dedicated team in Johannesburg. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that produces high-quality textile fabrics. Applicants should have a strong understanding of the textile manufacturing process, be detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Run winding, twisting, and drawing out operations based on manufacturing requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines to minimize downtime.
• Collect and analyze production data to improve efficiency.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the production line.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain a steady workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Advanced Diploma in Textile Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and setting up machinery
