Job Description

As a Pediatrician at Healthcare Providers SA, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of childhood illnesses and conditions. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and support to children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional pediatric care through thorough assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide health education and advice to parents and caregivers.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and treatment plans.
• Engage in preventive care and health promotion for children.
• Participate in training and mentorship of junior staff.
• Communicate patient findings and recommendations clearly with the medical team.
• Support the development of child health programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Additional specialization in Child Health is a bonus

Experience

• 2-5 years of direct pediatric practice

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
