We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help our clients make informed business decisions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify data needs and provide actionable insights that lead to better business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse past data to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Develop detailed reports that guide strategic business decisions.
• Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze data.
• Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize data projects.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all analysis processes.
• Train staff on data usage practices and analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist in data input and management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Data Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years working in a data analysis role, preferably in a business setting

Technical Skills

• R Programming
• Statistical Analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Data Science or Analytics: Certification in a relevant field can be beneficial.
• Experience with data visualization tools: Hands-on experience with various data visualization tools beyond Tableau.
