Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems for users in a timely manner.
• Assist the IT Manager with system monitoring and maintenance.
• Prepare documentation for troubleshooting guides.
• Manage software licensing and updates.
• Engage in continuous training for skill enhancement.
• Support remote users as needed.
• Participate in IT projects aimed at enhancing service delivery.
• Perform routine inspections of all equipment.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Gather feedback from users to improve service quality.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Remote Support Tools

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
