Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Engineer to join our team in George. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in aerodynamics and materials science, focusing on developing efficient aerospace systems and components. You will be responsible for conducting research, designing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring designs to fruition.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate aerospace frameworks and systems.
• Conduct detailed assessments of materials and their performance.
• Work closely with engineers and technicians to refine product designs.
• Prepare and present technical reports on research findings.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and support training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the aerospace field

• ANSYS
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
