Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in managing multiple projects in our Johannesburg office. The successful candidate will coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources while ensuring stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project budgets and help control expenditures.
  • Organize project-related documentation and reports.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate training and onboarding for new team members.
  • Prepare project updates for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a project support role
