Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Planner to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, helping them to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to their individual needs. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in an understandable way.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial situations and develop targeted strategies.
• Offer guidance on tax-efficient investment options.
• Provide educational workshops to enhance clients' financial literacy.
• Forecast economic trends and their implications for clients.
• Review and adapt financial plans as clients' situations change.
• Foster strong partnerships with financial institutions.
• Engage in client retention strategies through exceptional service.
• Assist clients in navigating complex financial regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles

Technical Skills

• Portfolio Management
• Risk Assessment

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM), preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
