Responsibilities

• Review pewter products for quality and cleanliness prior to finishing.

• Select appropriate tools to effectively finish pewter surfaces.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely product delivery.
• Perform regular maintenance on finishing equipment and tools.
• Document finishing processes and maintain records for quality assurance.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve finishing skills.
• Contribute to team meetings on product improvement strategies.
• Provide feedback on design processes related to finishing.
• Engage in troubleshooting product issues and recommend solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional courses in metal finishing are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in pewter finishing or crafts

Technical Skills

• Experience with polishing tools
• Understanding of finishing techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
