Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Construction Supervisor in Pretoria. You will be at the forefront of our construction projects, responsible for supervising on-site activities, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits.
  • Review and understand construction plans and specifications.
  • Facilitate effective communication between various project stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor site staff on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Address any issues or delays proactively to maintain project continuity.
  • Compile and analyze project performance metrics to improve processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in construction management roles
