Join our team as a Bridge Structural Specialist, where you will be instrumental in the design, assessment, and construction oversight of bridge projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of structural engineering principles and demonstrate expertise in the use of relevant tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Architectural review of bridge designs to ensure aesthetic and functional aspects are met.
• Analyze materials and construction methods to optimize project costs and timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize building information modeling (BIM) tools for enhanced project collaboration.
• Assess environmental impacts of projects and implement sustainable practices.
• Prepare and manage budgets and timelines for assigned projects.
• Review completed projects for compliance with design intent and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality across all engineering activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering focusing on bridge projects

Technical Skills

• Geotechnical Engineering
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Registered Structural Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent
