Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on study progress.
• Communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of research proposals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of research processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings.
• Mentor junior researchers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Master's degree or PhD in related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical research experience

• Data Management

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)
• ISO 14155 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with patient interaction: Comfortable in engaging with patients during clinical trials.
