Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Architect to work on a variety of projects that make a tangible impact on urban landscapes. This position offers the chance to be involved in design development, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative and functional spaces that meet client needs.
• Prepare sketches, models, and presentations for client review.
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure effective project delivery.
• Engage with local authorities for permits and zoning requirements.
• Mentor junior architects and design interns.
• Evaluate finished projects to ensure design intent was achieved.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Collaboration

Certifications

• Professional Architect License
• SACAP Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Strong project management skills: Experience leading architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM): Experience with collaborative BIM processes in architecture.
