Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs that are functional, aesthetic, and environmentally responsible.
• Engage with clients to interpret their vision and needs into practical architectural solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and building regulations.
• Oversee the construction process and manage contractor relationships.
• Produce detailed architectural plans using CAD software.
• Research and apply new technologies and sustainable materials.
• Prepare project budgets and estimate costs effectively.
• Create compelling presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation.

Advantageous

• Experience with Urban Planning: Knowledge of zoning laws and community design standards.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM): Experience with BIM to improve project outcomes.
