Job Description

As the Sales Manager at Dynamic Sales Solutions, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and leading our dedicated sales team in Cape Town. This position requires a strategic thinker who can motivate the team to achieve sales targets while nurturing client relationships. You'll be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the team delivers top-notch service.

Responsibilities

  • Create a high-performance sales culture that places the customer first.
  • Directly manage top accounts and develop key relationships.
  • Lead product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
  • Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in products and services.
  • Develop sales training materials and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Monitor competitive environment and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by the director.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience with a focus on team management
