Job Description

We're on the hunt for a dedicated Industrial Engineer who will play a critical role in optimizing our production systems. Your responsibility will include designing efficient systems, conducting time studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve our overall manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new processes to streamline production.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new manufacturing systems.
• Analyze performance data and recommend solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to meet production goals.
• Identify waste and develop more efficient workflows.
• Assist in the design and layout of production facilities.
• Monitor industry trends and innovate processes accordingly.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes meet safety and compliance regulations.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align department goals with business objectives.
• Provide engineering guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
