We are looking for a detail-oriented Ocean Export Coordinator to manage the export process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth export of goods via ocean transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle ocean export shipments and logistics requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and updates to clients regarding their shipments.
• Liaise with transportation partners to facilitate smooth shipping operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
• Analyze and manage shipping costs to maximize efficiency.
• Prepare reports on export activities and trends.
• Train and mentor junior staff in export procedures.

Advantageous

• Experience with Air and Rail Freight: Experience in multi-modal shipping processes including air and rail freight.
• Advanced Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
