Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of logs by turning and positioning them accurately.
• Follow production schedules to optimize sawmill efficiency.
• Support the training of junior log turners in best practices.
• Participate in safety training and adherence to regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in forestry or related field is advantageous

Experience

• No specific experience required, but familiarity with sawmilling tools is a plus.

Technical Skills
