Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and end-users to ensure accurate and helpful documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create extensive and helpful software documentation.
• Develop and manage content in various formats such as PDFs and web content.
• Coordinate with marketing for documentation that supports product launches.
• Review and incorporate user feedback into documentation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools related to technical writing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field
• Any relevant certifications will be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a technical writing role

Languages
