Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user manuals, training materials, and technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and end-users to ensure accurate and helpful documentation.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit technical documentation for software releases.
• Work with product teams to identify documentation needs and deadlines.
• Ensure that technical manuals meet user needs and are accessible.
• Maintain document versions and keep records of changes.
• Assist in training sessions and documentation workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field
• Any relevant certifications will be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a technical writing role
