Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective IT operations and support across our organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to users, and maintaining IT infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for resolving IT-related problems, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hardware and software upgrades as necessary.
  • Provide technical support for video conferencing and meeting tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus

  • 3+ years of direct experience in IT support
