Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within our organization. The Project Manager will handle all aspects of project delivery including budget management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Implement project management best practices.
• Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document project scope and goals clearly.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Assess project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate effectively with external vendors and partners.
• Facilitate project kick-off and wrap-up meetings.
• Manage conflicts and negotiate project resources.
• Continuously improve project processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Certification in Agile Methodologies is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of proven project management experience

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
