We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Port Elizabeth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting products, and closing sales to contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product development.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews with key clients.
• Offer training and support to new clients to enhance user experience.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the finance team on pricing strategies.
• Attend sales training sessions to develop skills.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in sales with a focus on B2B
