Job Description

As a Curriculum Developer, you will harness your passion for education to create engaging and effective curricula. You will work closely with instructors and educational teams to evaluate and refine educational materials, ensuring they support student success and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive curriculum framework.
  • Liaise with accreditation bodies to ensure compliance with educational standards.
  • Manage curriculum development projects from inception to delivery.
  • Analyze student data to inform curriculum adjustments.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among educators regarding curriculum delivery.
  • Promote professional development opportunities for educators related to curriculum.
  • Generate and manage documentation for curriculum approval processes.
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement in curriculum development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Development or Educational Leadership
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in curriculum planning and implementation
