Interior Designer

Join our team as an Interior Designer in Cape Town, where creativity meets functionality. In this role, you'll collaborate with clients to develop design concepts and oversee project implementation. Responsibilities

• Craft and present creative design solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop design concepts through sketches and CAD software.
• Conduct design feasibility studies for new projects.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Prepare budget estimates and specifications for each project.
• Facilitate teamwork within the design team to enhance creativity.
• Participate in product selection and procurement processes.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Relevant certifications or courses are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional interior design experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Material Sourcing

• Client Relationship Management

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Certified Interior Decorator (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent
