Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing warehouse functions, ensuring efficient inventory management, and leading a team to achieve optimal productivity. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Evaluate and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the training and development of warehouse staff.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Management or Logistics

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse management role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean Six Sigma Certification: Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
