Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our testing processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development teams, adopt best practices in testing, and play a critical role in the overall software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of testing strategies and processes.
• Execute performance and regression testing to ensure software reliability.
• Facilitate communication between QA and development teams.
• Mentor junior QA team members and share best practices.
• Review and enhance test case designs for improved coverage.
• Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues within software.
• Commit to delivering high-quality releases in every sprint.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• TestNG
• Performance Testing Tools
• Version Control (Git)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Team Player

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated testing frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks like Cypress or Protractor.
• Knowledge of security testing practices: Understanding of security testing principles and methodologies.
