• Ensure all projects meet safety and environmental standards.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate team activities.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop project budgets and manage costs to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with training junior staff and new team members.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mining Engineering or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in managing large-scale mining projects is a plus.
