• Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and public hearings.
• Establish project timelines and monitor progress against timelines.
• Mentor and train junior staff in technical areas.
• Write and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to learn and improve processes.
• Engage in stakeholder management throughout project lifecycle.
• Research and implement new engineering technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering design and execution
