Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative and strategic Apparel Brand Manager to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will oversee brand development, marketing strategies, and product launches, ensuring our clothing line stays ahead of market trends and customer preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Own brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
  • Assist in the development of pricing strategies that maximize profitability.
  • Manage advertising and promotional activities to generate interest.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for product line expansion based on market analysis.
  • Review and approve all marketing content to ensure brand consistency.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance product offerings.
  • Lead training sessions for sales staff to communicate product features effectively.
  • Oversee the development of digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance to prepare annual budgets for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Industries, or related fields
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion sector
