Responsibilities

• Create and present design proposals to clients.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Research and source materials, furnishings, and fixtures as needed.
• Produce mood boards and color palettes to communicate design ideas.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with other design team members for cohesive project delivery.
• Feedback and regard for client input and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Interior Design is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of experience in high-end residential or commercial design

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Photoshop

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer
• Sustainable Design Certification (optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent
