We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing supply chain processes, implementing efficient logistics solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement supply chain initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Analyze market trends and adjust logistics plans accordingly.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Mitigate risks by identifying potential supply chain disruptions.
• Regularly review logistics policies and procedures for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analyses for supply chain disruptions.
• Participate in continuous improvement meetings to enhance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a similar field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in supply chain engineering or logistics roles
