UX Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Architect with a passion for creating engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting user research, developing wireframes, and enhancing product usability. You will lead the design process, collaborating closely with our development teams to ensure seamless implementation of your creative vision.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user flows for various applications and systems.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions.
• Work closely with UX writers to ensure content aligns with the design.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices.
• Engage in design reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Create and maintain design style guides and documentation.
• Promote a user-centered design approach within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in user experience architecture and UI design
