Architect / Interior Designer

Job Description

We’re on the lookout for an Architect / Interior Designer who thrives in collaborative environments. Your role involves conceptualizing and executing designs that enhance user experiences, while maintaining a focus on sustainability and urban planning principles.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to draft and refine design plans.
• Design functional layouts for residential and commercial spaces.
• Utilize software tools for design visualization.
• Supervise the project through all phases of construction and design.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for client meetings.
• Manage site inspections and adjust designs as necessary.
• Foster relationships with suppliers and material vendors.
• Monitor design implementations to ensure quality control.
• Analyze building systems and urban settings for project effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of relevant work experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Autodesk Certified Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
