Job Description

As a Software Project Manager, you'll spearhead multiple software projects from conception through to delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful project execution.
• Manage project budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
• Implement project management best practices to improve overall efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to facilitate innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in managing software projects
