As a Software Project Manager, you'll spearhead multiple software projects from conception through to delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee software project development from inception to closure.
• Establish project timelines, defining clear milestones for deliverables.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
• Monitor project performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and less successful elements.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members to promote professional growth and development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in managing software projects
