Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflows.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and quality control.
• Monitor and report on production data to track performance improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization
