UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces. This role will require collaboration with developers and product teams to design intuitive solutions that enhance the overall user experience. You’ll be involved in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and implementing your designs across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on user experience.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design hypotheses.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure all designs are consistent and user-centric.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• HTML/CSS
