This role focuses on optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity while working closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and develop improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify process inefficiencies.
• Implement best practices and performance metrics to increase productivity.
• Conduct time studies to determine labor needs and optimize workflow.
• Design and improve layouts for production and operational processes.
• Evaluate products, processes, and services to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to management.
• Assist in training staff on process improvements and new procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering role
