Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic health issues.
  • Provide care for patients of all ages, from children to the elderly.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in community outreach and education programs.
  • Assist in training and supervision of junior nursing staff.
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Foster a therapeutic relationship with patients and their families.
  • Conduct health screenings and provide preventative care.
  • Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
  • Ensure the proper handling and administration of patient medications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Nursing Practitioner Certification is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant nursing experience
