Job Description

Looking to make an impact? As a Civil Engineer in our Bloemfontein office, you will design and execute civil engineering projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and specifications for civil engineering projects.
• Coordinate with local municipalities regarding zoning and permits.
• Conduct materials testing and quality analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Research new materials and technologies to improve project outcomes.
• Train and mentor junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects

• Civil 3D
• Structural Analysis Software

Certifications

• Certified Civil Engineer (CCE)
• Safety Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
