We are seeking an Advanced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care across various settings, ensuring high standards of healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage chronic health conditions and provide acute care.
• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Support the integration of new health technologies into practice.
• Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare teams.
• Evaluate healthcare delivery systems for quality assurance.
• Coordinate care with external providers and specialists.
• Provide telehealth consultations as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Health-related Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of nursing experience with advanced practice emphasis
