We are searching for a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in blockchain technology to develop innovative solutions that meet our client's needs and enhance our existing platforms. A strong foundation in programming languages, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for emerging technologies, will be vital for this role. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage in code reviews, and contribute to the overall strategy around blockchain applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs for smart contract interaction.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
• Review and enhance existing blockchain applications for efficiency.
• Support the integration of decentralized identity solutions.
• Analyze project requirements and provide valuable insights.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices in blockchain.
• Coordinate with UX/UI teams to enhance user interfaces for blockchain applications.
• Assist in the development of strategies for blockchain adoption within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree in Blockchain or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain applications

Technical Skills

• Solidity
• Truffle Suite

• Certified Blockchain Expert

Languages

• English: Fluent
