Job Description

As a Fleet Manager at Apex Logistics, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fleet operations. This includes managing vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimising fleet performance to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet safety meetings and initiatives to promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance, incidents, and operational costs to upper management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet operations and reduce environmental impact.
• Respond to any fleet-related emergencies or incidents promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members regarding fleet activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fleet and logistics management
