Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing healthcare operations in our Cape Town facility. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting medical staff in delivering exceptional care. Your ability to coordinate resources and manage budgets will be crucial in driving our mission forward.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative team to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure staff compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate patient care services and administrative functions efficiently.
  • Conduct evaluations of healthcare services and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is an advantage
