Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process from concept to completion.

• Integrate sustainability principles in all project designs.
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure project success.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Assist with budgeting and cost management for engineering projects.
• Contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Concrete and Steel Design
• Geotechnical Understanding
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Soft Skills

• Leadership Skills
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Profession (SACPCMP) qualified

Languages

• English: Fluent
