We are currently seeking an Investment Banker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in deal servicing and a keen interest in capital markets. You will collaborate with clients to customize financial solutions, ensuring alignment with their goals. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through the transaction process, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the transactional process from inception to closure.
• Analyze and present financial metrics to clients.
• Identify potential investment risks and opportunities for clients.
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Mentor junior analysts and interns within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• MBA is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking

• Risk Assessment

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) - Preferred
• AMT (Accredited Management Accountant)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in Financial Modelling Software: Familiarity with tools like Excel, Bloomberg, or MATLAB for financial analysis.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate in both English and Afrikaans is a plus.
